![]() So I'm like, maybe I'll set up the appointment as a MacBook issue? Nope. They're like you can call support-BUT I'VE ALREADY DONE THAT. But you get the point.) So I tell it what my problem is, and MAKING A GENIUS BAR APPOINTMENT ISN'T A FUCKING OPTION. This is fine-I understand Geniuses are tired of people like "my iPod won't turn on!" and they're all "yeah the hold switch is on, go away." (Do iPods have hold switches anymore? Idk. ![]() So now when I try to make an appointment it tries to help me solve my issue using all of Apple's support documentation first. I do all the things, call Apple support, and they're like "you can just take it into an Apple store." Nbd, right? So my Airport Express is fucking up when I try to stream music. ![]() The only reason I take things to Apple stores is for hardware issues/things I can't fix after extensive Googling/forum posting, etc. ![]() Let me preface this by saying I'm about as computer literate as it gets without being a CS major. ![]()
